Let Me Show You How I Meditate
I've been meditating since 2017.
For years, I’d casually recommend it to people close to me.
Friends, family. My mom.
Most of them smiled and nodded.
Politely brushing me off lol.
I think it just seemed a bit weird to them.
They probably pictured monks and hippies.
But recently, I’ve seen more and more people open up to it.
I’ve seen my own mother deepen her practice and attend classes with her friends.
It made me smile.
I didn’t actually expect her to come around to it.
She laughed as she recalled me trying to suggest it years ago.
I’m not here to tell you meditation will change your life.
I don’t think that’s my place.
The truth is, this practice is a bit of a slow burn.
One session isn’t going to turn you into a different person.
But one session at a time has a way of shifting something in you.
I believe it’s worth trying.
At least once.
So I made a simple video to give you a taste of it.
Just a quick chat on what meditation is, and a short practice at the end.
